Liberian FA President Musa Bility says he is prepared to back Ghana's Kwesi Nyantakyi to be the next President of FIFA.

CAF last week declared it will not be backing Bility's bid to succeed Sep Blatter at next year's poll.

CAF, an influential voting block in FIFA are yet to confirm which candidate they will be backing while several names are being put forward to be the likely candidate.

Kwesi Nyantakyi who is the President of the Ghana FA is widely considered to be worthy candidate due meteoric growth as an administrator.

Musa Bility now says he is ready to cede his personal ambition to be the next Fifa boss for the intelligent Ghanaian lawyer.

"Kwesi is confident, he is competent. He represents absolutely one of the best in our continent and I absolutely believe that he can make all of us proud as president of FIFA definitely,” Musa told Asempa Sports.

“He has been president of a federation long before me. It will be a pleasure to give him the opportunity to run.”

“Your team is one of the best, not just the senior national team but on all levels.”
