Mensah is amazed it took the former Swedish top-flight top scorer very little time to adjust to the change in clubs.
â€œI want to offer a special mention to my national team mate Abdul Majeed Waris who has been amongst the goals lately,â€ Mensah said.
â€œItâ€™s great to see him adapt to the Ligue 1 so quickly at Valenciennes and I am sure this will benefit Ghana when he is called upon.â€
Both Mensah and Waris are sure bets to make Ghana's final World Cup squad.
