Medeama are planning to report Aduana Stars to the Ghana FA for 'tapping-up' former midfielder Malik Akowuah, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.

The Yellow and Mauves have been left shell-shocked after top Aduana Stars revealed holding talks with the player while he was still under contract at the club.

The club's Chief Executive Albert Commey, who doubles as an Executive member of the Ghana, shockingly and shamelessly revealed the midfielder received multiple financial munificence with a view of signing for the club and threatened to deal ruthlessly with the 27-year-old for swerving the club to sign for Hearts.

The Tarkwa-based side are unhappy the Fire Club attempted to tap-up their player without their consent - a clear violation of the FIFA rules regarding player transfer and have gathered evidence to drag them to the Ghana federation.

GHANAsoccernet.com can reveal the club has instructed seasoned lawyer Larbi Amoah to begin the process of hauling the club to the Ethics Committee of the FA.

Akowuah joined Hearts on a three-year deal on Tuesday but Medeama have vowed not to allow the illegality lie, insisting they will follow the matter to its logical conclusion.
