Medeama winger Jacob Apauà spoke about his happiness after scoring his first goal for the club this season in their 1-1 stalemate against struggling BA United on Sunday.Ã
The 19-year-old is returning to his best after being sidelined with an injury for close to two years.
The former Ghana Under-20 winger delivered a thumping header to cancel out Mustapha Mohammed's opener at the Sunyani Coronation Park in week 16 of the Ghana Premier League.
"It's a really nice feeling and it was important for me," he told the official Medeamaà website.
"I'm really happy to have scored my first goal, it à feels goodà after my injury.
"The team played very well, we were concentrated from the first minute and it was a good match. It wasn't easy because BA Unitedà are a good side."
Medeama are fourth on the table with 24 points from 16 games.
