All two semi-finals of the MTN FA Cup will be played at the Baba Yara Stadium on Sunday with Premier League duo Liberty Professionals and Bechem United expected to go through.

The first match will be between Manuel Zacharias’ Bechem United and Division One League side Wa Rockets.

Bechem United will be counting on their recent surge in form in the top-flight to put Rockets to flight.

The Hunters were also victors in the quarter-final 3-2 on penalties against Asante Kotoko at the same venue.

Rockets shocked local rivals Wa All Stars, who were then Ghana Premier League leaders, 1-0 in the last eight encounter to progress.

The cracker for the night will be Liberty Professionals’ encounter with two-time winners OKwahu United.

Liberty will be counting on Premier League joint top scorer with 13 goals Latif Blessing to dispatch the Division One League campaigners.

“We will surely beat Okwawu United to qualify because this is a perfect opportunity to win the FA Cup,” a confident Blessing declared in an interview with the Graphic Sports.

The Dansoman-based side will be seeking to win their first major silverware as they celebrate 20 years of existence.
