New Edubiase United coach Anthony Kommeh has hailed his perfect tactical game plan which earned a famous 1-0 win at Asante Kotoko on Saturday.

The Movers planned to soak the pressure at the Baba Yara Stadium and hit them on the break.

It worked perfectly as Prince Antwi profited from an Ahmed Adams error to fire past goalkeeper Ernest Sowah on 21 minutes.

The win moved Edubiase from the foot of the table to 13th place.

"That’s the plan we came here with. Playing defence and then on the counter. It worked a little bit when the (Prince) Antwi slotted the ball into the net,” Kommeh said.

"It is true Kotoko did more attacking on us. Even created chances and should have scored but I think their defensive network was okay to turn them away."

Edubiase United lie just above the relegation zone with one point.
