The Sun says he will seal a new £31.2million deal at Liverpool this week.
The England star has agreed a £150,000-a-week, four-year contract which puts him on a par with Anfield's other top earners.
Lallana, who was a £25m arrival from Southampton in 2014, has two years left on his current contract, but will now be committed to the club until 2021.
His huge new deal underlines how highly rated he is by Kop boss Jurgen Klopp.
