Hearts of Oak legend Mohammed Polo has taken a swipe at his former club saying the team's technical direction and unity is very porous.

The Phobians have now gone three games without a win (with two of them losses) since their derby defeat to Asante Kotoko.

The recent poor streak of results have seen the giants slip from second to third and in real danger of missing out on a top four position.

And Polo says the teams unity and technical direction is to blame for the recent slump.

"They have a problem with their technical bench and their unity is very suspect," he said.

"Whatever happens they (current players) are the materials you have so you have to work with them and add value.

"You don't just change the whole team especially haven done well in the first round and I believe this is really causing the problem."

Hearts will hope to ease some simmering pressure when they host bottom-club Wassaman United at the Accra Sports Stadium on Wednesday.
