Ghana midfielder Rahim Ayew has tipped his brother Jordan to put Zambia to the sword when the two clash in a World Cup qualifier on Saturday.

The 20-year-old was one of the best performers for the Black Stars by scoring twice as the team demolished Lesotho 7-0 in the opening campaign at the Baba Yara Stadium last Friday.

Rahim, who plays for Belgian top-flight side Lierse SK, has no doubts Jordan will silence the African Champions on their own turf.

“He’s been on his pick now and he’s getting the confidence. I am really proud of him that he is doing what he’s suppose to do as a striker,” the 23-year-old told Radio XYZ

“Teams like this that we easily beat them at their own home ground. I have so much confidence that they’re going to beat the Zambians by 2-0.

“It’s like a revenge for us. For my brother he’s going to prove a point in that game too. He’s fast, got the skill and strong.

“The Zambians are a bit slow in the defence and so I know he and Adiyiah can score a lot of goals in that game,”

The West African giants were beaten 1-0 by Zambia at the semi-final stage of the 2012 African Cup of Nations enroute to be crowned champions on the continent for the first time and that has raised the stakes ahead of the meeting between the two sides.
