Romelu Lukaku scored a brace on his home debut for Manchester United as they began the Premier League season with a 4-0 win against West Ham at Old Trafford.
Lukaku, a summer signing from Everton, broke the deadlock in the 33rd minute when he slotted past Joe Hart after latching onto Marcus Rashford's through ball.
And he then doubled United's lead seven minutes after the restart, heading Henrikh Mkhitaryan's free kick into the bottom corner.
The Belgium international could have had a hat trick just after the hour-mark when he was picked out by Mkhitaryan inside the box, but his effort was blocked by West Ham's defence.

Rashford could also have got in on the act for a dominant United a few minutes later when he cut inside and took aim from outside the box, but his strike rebounded back off the post.
United did make it three a few minutes from time when Mkhitaryan played in substitute Anthony Martial, with the France international then finishing past Hart.
And it was soon four, with Paul Pogba rounding off the scoring with a long-range finish after being teed up by Martial.
