Saudi Arabian giants Al-Ittihad could be reuniting former Milan duo Sulley Muntari and Kevin-Prince Boateng at the club.

The duo – suspended Ghana internationals due to separate acts of indiscipline during the 2014 World Cup previously played together at Italian side AC Milan three seasons ago before Boateng made his surprise switch to Schalke 04.

The two known friends are currently available in the transfer market this summer with Muntari who recently had his contract terminated with Milan already reported to have agreed terms to move to Saudi.

Muntari, 30, has reportedly agreed a 2.5 million euros per season deal for two years with Ittihad.

The pursuit of Boateng, according to sources comes as a result of Ittihad’s failure to land midfielder Fredy Guarin from Inter Milan.

Boateng is available for sale and the middle-east side only have to meet Schalke’s demands should the 28-year-old show interest in joining the club.
