Kotoko iconic midfielder Stephen Oduro insists he has no plans of retiring from the game.
The veteran midfielder has shown no signs of easing up after becoming a key member of the side ahead of the start of the new season.
Oduro has enjoyed an incredible ten-year spell at the club to emerge as the fans favourite but there are growing reports he could call time on a rather fine Kotoko career.
But the former Real Tamale United and Ghana youth international insists he has lots of footballing years in him.
ââ¬ÅTo be honest, I donââ¬â¢t know when I will retire from football, Iââ¬â¢m enjoying it as the days goes by, itââ¬â¢s been a wonderful 10 à years for me and Iââ¬â¢m really appreciative of what this team has done for me since day one,â⬠he said.
ââ¬ÅI have been asked this question before and my answer is still the same, I sometimes get tired with the speed and the aggressiveness but that is the nature of the game.
ââ¬ÅIââ¬â¢m ready to make sure I win more laurels for Kotoko and see what the future holds for me, but now Iââ¬â¢m not thinking about retirement.ââ¬
The pocket size midfielder is reveled in Kumasi after an illustrious career which has seen him win many titles with the Porcupine Warriors.
