​West Bromwich Albion and Stoke City have reportedly agreed over a fee for the transfer of unsettled striker Saido Berahino, despite Mark Hughes claiming that the clubs had reached an impasse only a few hours ago. Stoke had a £6m offer turned down by the Baggies, but are said to have agreed deal which could rise to £15m including add-ons which should see the player complete a move in short order as he has been given permission to discuss terms.
