The race for Leeds United midfielder Lewis Cook is heating up.

The Daily Star says Stoke City and Bournemouth have joined the race to sign Championship sensation Cook.

The likes of Chelsea, Manchester City, Manchester United and Liverpool have all been keeping close tabs on Cook during 2015.

Now it has emerged two more top flight clubs are keen on Cook in the shape of Stoke and Bournemouth.

Stoke boss Mark Hughes has had Cook watched in recent weeks, while Bournemouth counterpart Eddie Howe has done the same.

A Leeds source said: "He knows he will have to leave Leeds to fulfil his ambitions and he wants to play in the Premier League."
