Swedish-born Ghanaian attacker Ahmed promoted to Kalmar first team squad

Explosive Swedish-born Ghanaian youth attacker Muktar Ahmed has been promoted to the first team ranks of Swedish Allsvenskan side Kalmar FF but he is yet to make an appearance. 

The 20-year-old sat on the Kalmar bench for the entire duration as they slipped to a narrow 2-1 loss against Norrköping on Saturday.

Muktar, renowned for his explosive pace and incredible abilities on the ball is yet to be handed a first team chance as he has sat on the Kalmar bench six times since the start of the season.

He could go ahead to mark his debut for Peter Swärdh's side.
