TP Mazembe winger Solomon Asante has finally joined his Black Stars teammates for Saturday’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Uganda.
His DR Congo club released Asante late after overstaying in Ghana during the last month’s qualifier against Guinea.
Asante reported in camp on Wednesday night and trained with the side at the Accra Sports Stadium on Thursday evening hours before the team departs to Uganda.
Ghana’s delegation will touch down at the Entebbe Airport before connecting to the capital Kampala.
