Ghana Football Association president Kwesi Nyantakyi has explained why a Human Right Court in Accra decided to throw out Great Olympics' application for an interlocutory injunction on the league and congress. 

The case was held at the human right court 2 by justice Anthony Yeboah, the court dismissed the interlocutory injunction on the Ghana Premier League and Congress.

The court, presided over by Justice Anthony Yeboah, asked the two parties to go and settle the substantive case filed by Olympics against the Ghana FA.

But his Lordship said if they are unable to find an amicable solution, then they can come back to the court.

The Ghana FA quickly convened Congress and has proposed 2 March date to start the competition.
