Ghana midfielder Bernard Kumordzi is making steady progress in his efforts to recovery from a knee injury.
The 29-year-old is expected to be out for three months after suffering a fractured tibia in his left knee.
Kumordzi who now plays his club football in Belgium with Genk has undergone successful surgery and is now on the mend.
He released a video of one of his energy-sapping rehab sessions to show the level of his progress in his recovery.
