Striker Nana Poku scored his fifth goal of the season as Misr El Maqasha drew 1-1 at El Ittihad Al Sakandary.
The former Ghana Premier League goal king shot his side into the lead on 12 minutes when he fired home inside the box.
But just before the hour mark, Kabongo Kassongo levelled when he slotted past the Misr El Maqasha goalkeeper on a one-on-one situation.
