Dismissed Hearts of Oak coach Nebojsa Vucicevic claims he does not regret his stint with the Ghana Premier League side.

The Serbian parted ways with the club by mutual consent on Friday after leading them to second place on the league table.

He managed eight wins, eight draws and three defeats in 19 matches in the top flight.

''I want to tell the fans I did my best and it looks like my best wasn't enough so someone should come and continue but I still remain a Phobian and will never say die '' the 50-year-old told Kumasi based FOX FM.

"I think they can do well in the league if they correct all the wrongs.

" I wish them all the best in their endeavours but i will be glad to work in Ghana again."

Assistant coach Tanko Shaibu will take temporary charge.
