Wa All Stars confirm the sacking of coach Enos Adepah

General Manager of Wa All Stars Seth Pawum has affirmed the club stance on coach Enos Adepah following reports of his sacking.

Adepah, who led the Wa-based side to clinch their first ever Ghana Premier League title, was reported to have been shown the exit following the club's poor performance in the ongoing campaign.

Speaking to StarrSports on the reports, Pawum confirmed that the defending league champions have relieved the soft-spoken coach off his duties after it became evident that he's struggling to churn out results.

“Yes it’s true management took the decision that he should step aside because as we can all see, our performance in the league is not the best so far” he told Starr Sports.

“His assistant will lead the team for the rest of the remaining games” Pawum added.

All Stars are 12th on the league log just four points away from relegation.
