West Brom experiencing injury logjam ahead of Everton trip

West Bromwich Albion's Tony Pulis is concerned he may not have enough fit players to take on Everton this weekend.

Key defender Gareth McAuley limped out of Wednesday night's FA Cup fourth round replay with a hamstring injury in the 19th minute and is expected to be sidelined for up to two weeks.

McAuley's issues adds to existing problems for Baggies players with the likes of Jonny Evans, Chris Brunt, Craig Dawson, James Morrison and Callum McManaman all out for Saturday's trip to Goodison Park and Pulis admits there is a worry.

"We're more concerned with injuries, that's our biggest problem at the moment," Pulis told his post-match press conference.

"They were going to have a day off on Thursday but we'll bring them all in so we can assess the damage and move on from there. Everyone is in.

"It'll be to check they have looked after themselves, they need to do stuff and we need to do stuff to them to get them ready for Saturday, we won't be training."

The Baggies have not won in the Premier League since January 2 which has them sitting 14th on the able, just six points above the drop zone.
