Tunisia-based Ghana youth midfielder Siedu Salifu believes he fits the bill to be considered in Ghanaââ¬â¢s World Cup squad.
The Club Africain player is counting on his form to be part of Kwesi Appiahââ¬â¢s contingent to Brazil this June.
Salifu, who excelled at the 2013 FIFA U20 World Cup in Turkey, is currently in Ghana due to some family issues.
ââ¬ÅItââ¬â¢s everybodyââ¬â¢s dream to be part of the national team. I have won two individual awards this season and I have improved as a player. I have been active all season for my club, missing just four matches,â⬠Salifu said.
ââ¬ÅIf am given the opportunity to help my national team in the World Cup why not?. I have contributed my quota to the national under-20 team, the Black Satellites and am looking forward to making same for the Black Stars.ââ¬
