Yaya Toure: Man City will continue to attack!

Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure says the team will continue attacking under Pep Guardiola.

City put in a subpar defensive display in Tuesday night's Champions League clash with AS Monaco, coming from 2-3 down to win 5-3 at the Etihad Stadium.

Despite conceding three times at home, Toure insists all-out attack is the way Guardiola wants to play and the players will honour that even win the second leg in the Principality in three weeks' time.

"With the new manager now it's all about attack," he said.

"From the beginning of the season until now, we always attack. Sometimes you can make a mistake but mistakes are part of the game. If you don't take risks the football is not going to follow.

"We are a team that score goals but we can concede goals too. We are able to score goals because we have the strength up front but our defending was bad.

"The tie is not finished yet. We need to score two goals in the second leg and we have to be careful. We must not under-estimate them and must try to score goals again."
