Rangers goalkeeper Allan McGregor becomes the first 40-year-old to play in a UEL final

McGregor is the first 40-year-old to start a UEL final. He (40y 107d) is also set to become just the third player aged 40 and over to appear in a major European final tonight, after Dino Zoff (41y 86d in the 1983 European Cup) and Edwin van der Sar (40y 211d in the 2011 Champions League).

He's made more saves than any other goalkeeper in the competition this season. Speaking of the final, he revealed: "Just to be in the final, I think it's a monumental achievement."
