Ghana and Beskitas midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng has launched a powerful anti-racism message urging footballers to take a stand, believing too many are afraid.
The 33-year-old reignited his passion to fight racism following the death of Black American George Floyd who was killed by a white police officer who knelt on his kneck after being pinned to the ground.
His death has sparked up nationwide protest across the US and the world as people demand justice for his death.
Boateng believes a lot of white players are unable to join the fight against racism due to fear of losing sponsors and fans.
The former Barcelona player walked off in protest after suffering racist abuse during a friendly match for AC Milan in Italy in 2013
