Ghana forward Bernard Tekpetey has made donations of hand sanitzers and toiletries to the people of Odupong ofaakor as part of efforts to help fight COVID-19.
The Fortuna Dusseldorf forward made the donation through the Bernard Tekpetey Foundation.
The items donated includes boxes of hand sanitizers, T-Rolls, disinfectants and bags of pure water.
"The essence of life is to serve & do good.The Corona outbreak has become a global health crisis therefore BT Foundation donated some items to help prevent & fight Covid-19 in the Odupong ofaakor community Together we can win this fight against Coronavirus," a statement on his foundation's Twitter handle read.
The Schalke 04 owned player joins a long list of Ghanaian footballer making donations to help fight the pandemic.
