Ghanaian midfielder Kwame Bonsu has been transferred to Egypt Premier League newcomers Ceramica Cleopatra FC, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively confirm.

Bonsu is joining Ceramica from Tunisian giants Espérance de Tunis after the two reached agreement.

The 26-year-old is expected to complete his move to the Egyptian top-flight on Thursday or Friday.

Bonsu's position at the club is under threat following the return of fan favourites Ghaylane Chaalali and Mohamed Ali Ben Romdhane.

The Ghanaian midfielder joined the Tunisian outfit in 2018 from Asante Kotoko and has played important role in the club's success since moving to Tunisia.

His agency Club Africa Consult have a good relationship with Ceramica Cleopatra after the recent signing of Winful Cobinnah from Albanian side KF Tirana.
