Fiorentina target Chelsea winger

Fiorentina are exploring the possibility of signing Chelsea winger Kenedy during the January transfer window.

The 19-year-old Brazilian has struggled to gain regular playing time since joining the Premier League club from Fluminense in July.

According to Firenzeviola.it, the Gigliati will attempt to secure the signature of the former Inter, Manchester United and Barcelona target in an attempt to bolster their attacking options and add some depth to their squad.

Kenedy can also play at left-back but is known for his quality in attacking areas and has represented Brazil at both U-17 and U-20 level.

With his current situation unlikely to change under new coach Guus Hiddink, Fiorentina coach Paulo Sousa will be hopeful of finalising a deal before the closure of the transfer window.

Despite exciting Chelsea fans with his all-action cameos, Kenedy has made just one start and a total of five league appearances for the Blues so far this season.
