Ghanaian forward Joel Kojo named MVP after bagging brace for FC Alay

Talented Ghanaian attacker Joel Kojo scored  a brace and registered an assist as FC Alay claimed a 1-3 away victory at Kaganat in the Kyrgyzstan top-flight.

The first of Kojo’s two goals was a goal of the season contender when the speedy forward rifled a shot from 40 yards out into the top left hand corner.

He followed it up with 62nd minute leap to head in from the near post.

Kojo, 22, was named in the team of the season last term also finished second in the golden boot race.

His latest brace moves his tally to 9 goals in 14 starts this season.

The consistency of the skilful forward is attracting a lot of interest from top Asian and European sides as his contract is set to expire at the end of October.
