English-born Ghanaian midfielder Keenan Appiah-Forson has signed his first professional contract with West Ham United.

The 18-year-old is among seven academy products who have opened a new chapter in their careers.

Keenan Appiah impressed heavily for the club's developmental squad over the course of the season as they finished second in U18 Premier League South, prior to the season’s early conclusion.

He has now been rewarded for his stellar displays with a professional contract that ties him down on a permanent basis.

“Keenan Appiah-Forson is a fantastic talent. He’s a tenacious, hard-working holding midfielder, and a real team player." U18s Lead Coach Kelvin Keen told the club's official website.
