Ghanaian midfielder Hans Nunoo Sarpei has returned to his club FC Ingolstadt for preseason.
The defensive midfielder was in Ghana for the break and held a soccer competition as well as donated to school children in the Odododiodo constituency last month.
Sarpei joined Ingolstadt in the January transfer window from Greuther Furth but only made six appearances before injury him ruled out for the rest of the season.
Ingolstadt have been relegated from the Bundesliga II and will be playing in the Bundesliga III next season.
GHANAsoccernet.com understands that Nunoo Sarpei has offers on the table and is likely to join a top-tier side in the ongoing transfer window.
The 23-year-old will also be hoping to get fit for the upcoming season.
