Ghanaian midfielder Obeng Regan has completed his move to Serbian side Zeleznicar Pacevo.
The 26-year-old joins the club after leaving Mladost Lucani at the end of the season.
Regan signed a short-term contract with Mladost Lucani in the January transfer window.
He left the club as a free agent and has signed for Zeleznicar Pacevo on a one-year contract hoping to help the team qualify for top-flight football.
Obeng was ranked as one of the best midfielders in Serbia during his time at Napredak and Cukaricki but a move to Ajax failed despite passing trials and impressing manager De Boer as his then-agent Marko Pantelic demanded more money.
