Goalkeeper Agyei close to France move

Ghana goalkeeper Daniel Agyei is expected to join French Ligue 2 side Arles-Avignon during the January transfer window after impressing on trials, MTNFootball.com understands. 

If the deal is concretized, the youngster will join Ghana international winger Haminu Draman.

Agyei is a sure bet to make Ghana's final 23-man squad for the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations finals to be co-hosted by Gabon and Equatorial Guinea.

The 22-year was between the sticks when Ghana became the first African country to win the Fifa Under-20 World Cup in 2009.
