Ghanaian attacker Ibrahim Arafat Mensah netted a late goal for NK Aluminij as they played 1-1 with NK Krsko in the Slovenian PrvaLiga.
The first half of the match was cagey as both sides failed to take the initiative to the frustration of the home fans at the Kidricevo Sports Park.
But NK Krsko broke the deadlock in the 57th minute when Slovenian midfielder Miljan Skrbic before Ghanaian marksman popped up with 89th minute equalizer.
The 23-year-old saved the Red and White lads from a home defeat after neatly converting a spot-kick awarded to them in the 89th minute.
The 23-year-old lasted full throttle but compatriot Derek Mensah was left out of the squad after making an injury return in their 2-0 loss against Maribor.
Arafat has netted eight goals for NK Aluminij this season so far.
