Kevin-Prince Boateng: Hertha Berlin forward training individually ahead of Arminia Bielefeld clash

Published on: 28 April 2022

Hertha Berlin forward Kevin-Prince Boateng trained individually on Wednesday ahead of the side's Bundesliga clash against fellow strugglers Arminia Bielefeld on Saturday.

The 35-year-old alongside two other teammates  Lucas Tousart and Vladimír Darida trained individually for workload management reasons.

The former Ghana international is expected to feature for the side as they make the trip to the Bielefelder Alm.

Felix Magath's side are desperate for a win as they continue the fight to avoid the drop.

Despite being hit with recurrent injuries, Boateng has been a key cog in Felix Magath's side in their survival bid so far.

He has been training separately from the group for workload management reasons ahead of the match against relegation-threatened Arminia Bielefeld on Saturday.

Berlin, who lie 15th on the table, are just six points above their opponents heading into the fixture.
