Asante Kotoko midfielder Daniel Nii Adjei will leave to join his new side TP Mazembe on Monday night.
The 2011/2012 Ghana Premier League Most Valuable Player has been sold to the DR Congo for an undisclosed fee.
But the Ravens are reported to have paid US$ 150,000 for his services.
The offensive midfielder-cum-winger will also earn not less than US$ 10,000 a month.
The 23-year-old made his Ghana debut last month in a 2013 Africa Cup of Nations final round qualifier against Malawi in Lilongwe as a second half substitute.
Nii Adjei's last match for Asante Kotoko was during Sunday's Ghana Premier League derby when he featured in the 0-0 draw.
