Liberty Professionals striker Tamimu Muntari is on the wish-list of Medeama SC ahead of the upcoming season.
The 23-year old striker started last season’s league as one of the brightest spots in Dansoman-based club but due to his nagging injuries his performance got thwarted.
However, getting to the end of the 2014-15 league season, the former Tudu Mighty Jets hit-man bounced back and was superb for his side as they finished at the 5th position.
Muntari subsequently gained a call up in to the Black Meteors team for the 2025 All African Games but they failed to make any meaningful impact.
Sources close to the player have revealed that the 2014/15 MTN FA Cup winners have targeted the signature of the Liberty hit-man to augment their squad ahead of their next year’s CAF Confederation Cup campaign.
