Newcastle United winger Christian Atsu insists the club's confidence has lifted after a difficult campaign.
United have struggled largely this season and appeared to have revived their relegation fight after their famous 2-1 win over Manchester City.
The Magpies host two crucial matches against Huddersfield Town and Burnley on Saturday and Tuesday.
And Ghana international Christian Atsu says the confidence of the team has lifted.
“The team’s confidence has lifted,” he says. “Miguel’s very good technically, very quick. We’ve always been very difficult to break down but Miguel will give us something different.” he told the Guardian.
A win would see Newcastle move 17 points clear of Huddersfield and take the Magpies one step closer to safety.
