Ghanaian defender Richmond Nketiah has signed a two and half year deal with Russian side Arsenal Tula.
The talented right-back passed his medical and has since been involved with the side.
The former Medeama and Ghana Under-20 highly-rated defender is expected to be key for the side this season.
