In an emotional statement on Twitter late Wednesday, Rashford broke his silence.
'We're working hard to address this,' the 23-year-old told United followers on social media.
Many United fans were enraged after Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's team was humiliated by their opponents.
Rashford isn't afraid to speak his mind in bad situations, and he's already reacted to the defeat on Twitter.
"I can’t lie you haven’t heard from me on here because as a United fan I didn’t really know what to say after Sunday," he said.
"I was embarrassed. I am embarrassed. Our fans are everything and you didn’t deserve that. We’re working hard to try and fix this. We have to redeem ourselves."
