Former Ghana and Zamalek defender Rahim Ayew has revealed he will jump at the opportunity to play for Asante Kotoko again after he spent six months at the club.

Rahim, the eldest son of Abedi Pele is without a club after leaving Asante Kotoko a year and half ago.

He says he loves the club and will jump at the opportunity to play for them again.

“I like Kotoko, i still follow their games, if Kotoko come to me, i will play for them,” Rahim told SportsXtra.

“Kotoko wanted me to be with them for a longer period. I asked them to bring me an offer after my initial season.”

“ I waited and waited until I received an offer which was same as the one they offered me but this time for two years. If I sign for let’s say 1000 Cedis and you want me to stay longer, you have to better the offer. So I advised myself”

Despite being without a club the 2010 world Cup team member has been training with Nania FC.
