Horoya AC forward Ocansey Mandela has been hit with the sudden demise of his mother who passed away on Friday through a heart attack.
The 30-year-old decided to keep the sad news to himself because his teammates were preparing for a league fixture.
Mandela will be handed a compassionate leave to come to Ghana and mourn his mum.
In a statement through Twitter, the Guinean giants conveyed their condolences to Mandela for such a loss.
