SERIE A - Allegri on Dybala's return from injury: he'll be available

Published on: 23 October 2021

After recuperating from a thigh injury, Juventus midfielder Paulo Dybala is set to face Inter Milan in Serie A on Sunday, according to coach Massimiliano Allegri.

Since suffering an injury in his team's win over Sampdoria a month ago, the Argentinian attacker has been out of play.

Allegri did not indicate whether the 27-year-old will start at the San Siro on Sunday, but his comeback is a boost for Juve as they attempt to maintain their upward trajectory.

"Dybala is available, he's well, he's done two training sessions with the squad so he'll be available," Allegri told reporters.

"We've almost got a fully-fit squad, which is important because we have quite a few matches between now and the next international break (November 8-19)."

Inter will play in front of around 56,000 people at the San Siro in their first important encounter since the Italian government boosted maximum stadium capacities to 75 percent earlier this month.
