According to a report from Bernabeu Digital, the Reds and Los Blancos are two sides to have ‘shown interest’ in the player, who has a contract with his club until June 2024.

The report adds that the Galacticos scouts are keeping tabs on the youngster, while Jurgen Klopp’s side will closely monitor his showings when he returns to the field.

Bernabe – capped thee times by Spain U17s – made all five of his senior team appearances for the Citizens in the League Cup.
