Arsenal Emerges as Frontrunners to Secure Early Signing, Beating Newcastle and Barcelona in the Race

Arsenal is reportedly in a strong position to secure the signature of Leicester City midfielder, Youri Tielemans, whose contract expires at the end of the current season. The Gunners have been heavily linked with the Belgian international for over a year now, and the latest reports suggest that they may finally get their man.
