Within just 5 minutes of completing this deposit, 1xBet abruptly locked my account, blocking all withdrawal, deposit, and betting functions without providing any valid explanation.

Total Lack of Cooperation and Ignored Emails:
Following their immediate live chat instructions, I was told to contact their verification and retail departments. I sent detailed emails to both official addresses, [email protected] and [email protected], back on 22/05/2026. It has now been over 17 days, and I have received absolutely zero responses or updates from either department.

Furthermore, when I tried to follow up via the live chat portal, the support agents explicitly stated that the company had completely stopped all cooperation with me, and they subsequently blocked my access to the live chat feature entirely.

Summary:

This is the biggest chester snd stoler company, 22 of january I deposite money around of 1000$ but i didnt get it on my account. Whenever I tried to get help, I was met with AI-generated, copy-paste answers. They know exactly what they are doing: stealing money from customers. Despite winning, I couldn’t make a withdrawal since they blocked the card withdrawal option and other methods I used. They kept giving me directions, but in the end, they disappeared.

Never try this scam company. Even if they let you withdraw a small amount, it’s only to fool you. Once you deposit or win a big amount, they will never let you withdraw. I’m not even sure if they would allow a $10 withdrawal. All their casino games are controlled, and you will never win a dime.

It’s better to help the poor than to give these hyenas any money. Avoid 1xBet at all cost.
