Thomas Partey ended the year with the goal of the year accolade at Arsenal. 

The 29-year-old's sensational strike against Tottenham in the English Premier League was voted by fans of Arsenal as their goal of the year.

Partey received 51% of votes to beat Granit Xhaka's goal against Manchester United. The Ghana's international has another of his goals in the top three. His strike against Nottingham Forest right before the World Cup break is in the list.

"Thomas Partey's excellent long-range strike against Tottenham Hotspur has been selected as our best strike from 2022 by our supporters. The Ghanaian midfielder topped the poll with 51 per cent of the votes for his wonderful first-time finish to put us in front on derby day, and set us up for a 3-1 win," wrote the club on their official website.

The former Atletico Madrid star is enjoying a good season at Arsenal, playing a pivotal role in the Gunners' impressive campaign.

Arsenal sit top of the English Premier League table and are chasing a first league title in 19 years.
