Aduana Stars defender Farouk Adams says the return of the experienced forward Yahaya Mohammed ahead of their crucial game against Hearts of Oak in mid-week will boost the confidence of the team.

Yahaya Mohammed made an injury return to score for his side against Techiman Eleven Wonders on matchday five at the Nana Agyeman Badu Park in Dormaa on Sunday.

The former Asante Kotoko striker has been the star man for the team since he joined and his return to the side ahead of this game against the Phobians will serve as a boost to the confidence of the players.

According to Farouk Adams, it has been difficult to win games in the absence of their star man and his return will help the team as they search for their first win of the campaign.

"We tried our possible best to get a win during Yahaya's absence but things were difficult for us, so his return will boost the team's spirit," Farouk told OTEC Fm

"We created all the chances during our game against Elmina Sharks but scoring was our problem. We will work harder to improve"He added.

Yahaya Mohammed has set his target on winning the 202o/21 Ghana Premier League title with Aduana Stars as well as the goal king award.

The 34-year old has promised to score two goals against Hearts of Oak in Wednesday's game.
