Augsburg’s General Manager Stefan Reuter says there has been no concrete offer made for Ghana defender Baba Abdul Rahman despite recent reports of an over £10m bid from Chelsea.

The English champions have been reported to have stepped up their interest in the left-back with an official bid made this week.

Rahman is being tracked by a host of European clubs following his impressive exploits with Augsburg in the Bundesliga.

Augsburg are reported to be demanding £15m amidst reports of an amount close to £11m made for the Ghana international.

But the club’s general manager Stefan Reuter insists no official offer has been made for the player.

"There is nothing concrete on our table with regard to Abdul Rahman Baba,” he said.

“We are very happy to have him at our club, we are delighted he is playing for our club.

“We have been happy to hear him saying he feels great being with us."
